Special Cancellation Conditions

•     Access closure at Nandi Hills — if the administration closes the hill or suspends vehicle entry on your date, and you cancel on that basis before departure, we treat it as force majeure with a 100 percent refund within 2 working days.

•     Weather — fog or cloud at the summit is normal and is not grounds for a refund, since the hill remains open and the trip goes ahead. We will set out what the season usually brings so you can choose your date accordingly.

•     Luxury vehicles — minimum 5-day notice for a full refund, given limited Bangalore fleet and wedding season demand.

•     Peak dates — weekends, public holidays, New Year, Diwali, Dasara and Bangalore long weekends require a minimum 48-hour notice for a full refund. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable.
