For a group of 10 to 13 in Bangalore, the 13 seater is what most people book with us. Seats are 2+1, two on one side and one on the other, so there is no middle seat. We pick up anywhere in the city, from Whitefield and Electronic City to Yelahanka, Majestic and the airport.

We count km from our Bangalore garage and back. The quote shows the full km and the total, so you know the number before you pay anything.

Outstation has a 300 km per day minimum. So even if your day trip is 200 km, the bill counts 300.
For short runs under 80 km, like Nandi Hills or a city tour, the local package is cheaper.

We drive highways at night, but plan ghat roads for daylight.

Kempegowda International Airport is about 35 km from MG Road, usually 45 to 75 minutes. The 4 hour, 40 km package (Rs 4,500 plus extra km beyond 40 km) works well for one-way KIA drops, while the 8-hour, 80-km package covers two-way airport runs. The driver tracks your flight and waits at Arrivals.
Office teams from offices across the city book this for offsites and client visits. One van, one pickup, one bill, and the GST invoice comes within a day.
Mysore, Coorg, Chikmagalur, Sakleshpur and Ooty are the trips families ask for most. Nandi Hills, about 60 km away, is a nice early morning drive if you leave by 5.
Tirupati is about 250 km and usually done overnight. Groups leave around 9 PM and reach in time for early darshan. Dharmasthala and Kukke Subramanya often go together as a 2 day trip, and Ghati Subramanya is an easy morning run. We sort out the permits, and the cost goes in the quote.
We do hotel to venue shuttles, pickups for guests arriving at KIA or the railway station, and drops after the function. Weddings from November to February fill our calendar fast, so book 2 to 3 weeks early.
A usual 8 hour day: ISKCON, Bangalore Palace, Cubbon Park, lunch on MG Road and Lalbagh in the evening. Try to start before 9 AM, traffic gets bad after that. Extra hours are Rs 500 each.
