Good Service but Route Optimization Needed
Jayanagar to Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore Comment: Overall decent employee transport service. Vehicles are comfortable and drivers are professional. However, sometimes the route takes too many detours for pickups which increases travel time significantly. Morning shift pickup at 8 AM often reaches office by 9:30 AM for a journey that should take 45 minutes. If they optimize routes better, it would be perfect. Customer support is good though and they listen to concerns.
