Our Transparent Pricing Structure

Tejas Tours & Travels is one of Bangalore's most trusted vehicle rental companies, serving thousands of happy travellers across Bangalore and Mysore for over 25 years. We offer transparent and competitive pricing for all our vehicle rental and travel services across Bangalore, Mysore, and outstation routes. Pricing varies based on vehicle type, rental duration, distance travelled, and additional services requested. All charges are calculated based on predefined rates applicable to different service categories — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Pricing Components

1. Base Fare: Includes the standard rental cost for the selected vehicle and duration. Applicable for all local Bangalore and Mysore city trips.
2. Kilometre-Based Charges: Pricing is structured per kilometre for outstation trips from Bangalore — whether you are heading to Coorg, Ooty, Tirupati, Goa, or Mysore.
3. Hourly-Based Charges: Local Bangalore rentals are available in convenient hourly packages — 4 hours, 8 hours, and 10 hours — with a minimum kilometre guarantee.
4. Driver Allowance: Applicable for extended trips and overnight journeys. Our Bangalore-based, police-verified drivers are experienced on all major Karnataka and South India routes.
5. Additional Charges: Parking fees, tolls, interstate permits, and night-time surcharges (if applicable) are separate and charged as per actuals. All charges are communicated transparently before your trip begins.

Payment Terms & Conditions

• A booking confirmation requires an advance payment of typically 15–20% of the total trip cost, depending on the service type and duration.
• The remaining balance must be settled before or immediately after the service is rendered.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other accepted modes through our payment gateway. Cash payments are also accepted for local Bangalore and Mysore trips.
• All charges are subject to GST at 18% as applicable on vehicle rental services under Indian tax law. A GST invoice will be provided upon request.
• Corporate clients across Bangalore's IT corridors — including Whitefield, Electronic City, Manyata Tech Park, and Outer Ring Road — can request GST-compliant tax invoices for all bookings. • Discounts and promotional offers — including our FIRSTRIP first-booking discount — are applied at the discretion of Tejas Travels and may be subject to specific terms.
