•      Less than 12 hours before departure — 75 per cent of the total trip fare is charged. Minimal or no refund depending on trip value.

•      No-show, vehicle deployed and client absent — 100 per cent of the total trip fare is payable. No refund.

•      Cancellation by Tejas Travels due to breakdown or force majeure — No charge. 100 per cent refunded within 2 working days, or a substitute vehicle is offered.

Special Cancellation Conditions

•      Medical appointments — Where a hospital appointment is rescheduled, we will move your booking to the new date without penalty subject to availability, rather than treating it as a cancellation. Tell us as early as you can.

•      Weddings — For Bangalore wedding hire, a minimum 7-day notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of the wedding date are non-refundable.
