•     48 to 72 hours before departure — 10 percent of the total trip fare. The advance is refunded less the 10 percent deduction.

•     24 to 48 hours before departure — 25 percent of the total trip fare. The advance is refunded less the 25 percent deduction.

•     12 to 24 hours before departure — 50 percent of the total trip fare. The advance is refunded less the 50 percent deduction.

•     Less than 12 hours before departure — 75 percent of the total trip fare. Minimal or no refund, depending on the value of the trip.

•     No-show, where the vehicle has been deployed and the group is absent — 100 percent of the total trip fare. No refund; the full fare is payable.

Special cancellation conditions

•     Weekend bookings: on a route where demand is concentrated into Friday and Saturday, a minimum 48-hour notice is required for a full refund. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable.

•     Peak dates — the Summer Festival in May, the paragliding season, New Year and long weekends: minimum 48-hour notice for a full refund.

•     Corporate and college group bookings: partial reductions in group size with more than 48 hours notice are accommodated by re-quoting on a smaller vehicle where one is available.

•     Force majeure — heavy rain, closures on the ghat road, bandhs or government restrictions: 100 percent refund within 2 working days regardless of notice period.
