Booking Confirmation: A 15% advance payment confirms your booking, with the remaining balance due before the journey concludes.

Payment Structure: For booking, pay 25%, 50% before the start, and settle the balance before the journey ends.

Distance Calculation: Kilometer reading starts and ends at the garage.

Interior and Exterior Damage: Customers are solely responsible for any damage, both interior and exterior, caused to the vehicle during the trip. Additionally, if customers insist on taking congested roads that lead to external damage, the associated repair costs will be borne by the customer.

Goods and Services Tax (GST): As per government norms, a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on the total bill amount.

Interstate Permit: Valid for a 7-day round trip (Pondicherry, 1 day). No permits issued post-trip.

Additional Charges: Parking, tollgate fees are not shared by Tejas.

Vehicle Breakdowns: While we maintain our fleet diligently, unforeseen vehicle breakdowns may occur. In such cases, alternative transportation arrangements will be made promptly.

Customer Belongings: Customers are responsible for their belongings.

Prohibited Activities: Smoking and drinking strictly prohibited during travel.

First Aid: A complete first aid box is always available in the vehicle.

Booking Process: Follow the step-by-step booking process on our website for a seamless experience.

Inclusions: Local packages include fuel, neat covers on seats, DVD player, LCD screen, MP3 player.

Exclusions: All vehicle package prices exclude GST, airport & Nice Road toll parking based on actuals.

Sightseeing Fees: Entrance fees for sightseeing are borne by tourists.

Driver Batta: For local trips, Driver Batta charges will be applicable after 10 hours of service or beyond 10 pm to 6 am. Similarly, for outstation trips, any journey occurring between 10 pm to 6 am will attract additional Driver Batta charges.

Cleaning Charges: A cleaning fee of Rs. 500 will be levied for vehicles decorated for special occasions such as weddings or functions.

Minimum Kms/Day: 300. New billing starts as per calendar day.

Extra Charges: Any additional expenses such as parking, tollgate fees, and interstate permits, including those for customers traveling across state borders, are the responsibility of the customer.

Bill Requirement: A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is levied on the basic fare for the issuance of bills. This complies with current government norms, ensuring transparency and adherence to tax regulations.

Guide Services: Not included in the package, available at an additional cost.

Lost Valuables: Tejas Tours & Travels is not responsible for lost valuables in the vehicle.

Traffic and Environmental Impact: Choosing Tejas Tours & Travels for school transportation reduces traffic congestion and benefits the environment.

Conclusion of Trip: Any extra charges beyond the agreed price should be settled before the journey concludes.

Local Usage Surcharge: In case of local usage beyond 8 hours, an additional charge applies.

Washing & Cleaning Charges: Applicable for stains, smells, vomit, or any messes.

Vehicle Availability: If the fleet is unavailable on preferred dates after confirmation, a refund is processed within 2/3 working days.

Factors Beyond Control: Charges due to factors beyond our control (flight delays, road blockage) are extra.

Rate Variability: Quoted rates are subject to change during long weekends or special occasions.

Baggage Allowance: Provided based on vehicle capacity. Tejas is not responsible for lost valuables.

Refund Processing: Refunds, following the verification of any extra amounts collected, are diligently processed within a minimum of 8 to 10 working days. This ensures a thorough examination to guarantee accuracy before the refund is initiated.

Complaint Notification: Any complaints about services or the vehicle must be reported within 7 days of the trip's conclusion for consideration of refund or compensation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Charges vary based on the timing of cancellation, from 25% one week before to 100% for cancellations one day before the journey.

Prepone/Postpone: Changes in travel dates are treated as cancellations. Upgrading vehicles or changing dates involves cancellation charges.

Cancellation from Company: If the company cancels the trip, a full refund is issued within 3/4 working days.

Booking Amount Non-Refundable: In the case of trip cancellation one day before, the booking amount is 100% non-refundable.

Booking Changes: Changes in travel dates or vehicle upgrades are considered cancellations, subject to cancellation charges.

New Price Acceptance: If the customer doesn't wish to proceed with a new price, they can cancel the booking with respective charges.

Right to Cancel Booking: The company reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time and for any reason, refunding the amount paid without interest.

Guest's Cancellation: If the guest cancels the tour due to unavoidable reasons, they must inform the company promptly.

Guest Alternatives: In case of company-led trip cancellations, the guest can opt for other tour options or use the booking amount for future tours.

Air Conditioning Usage: Air conditioning is effective while the vehicle is moving, with additional charges for stationary use.

Malfunction Disclaimer: The company is not responsible for air conditioning malfunctions on level roads or in extreme weather.

Air Conditioner Availability: Air conditioners may not function well due to weather conditions or road conditions.

Baggage Allowance: Porterage is not included in the tour package, and baggage allowance is based on vehicle capacity.

Travel Convenience: Customers can stop worrying about parking, car problems, and road conditions, focusing on the journey while drivers manage logistics.

Comfortable Travel: Well-maintained vehicles offer a comfortable and seamless travel experience with air conditioning, movable seats, and ample luggage space.

Reasonably Priced Travel: Tejas Travels offers affordable prices for outstation travel, making it a cost-effective option for long-distance trips.

GST Applicability: All vehicle package prices are exclusive of GST. The applicable GST rates are additional to the quoted prices.

Airport & Nice Road Toll Parking: Charges for airport and Nice Road toll parking are based on actuals and are not included in the package.

Meals and Accommodation: The package does not include meals or accommodation. These aspects are not covered and need to be arranged separately.

Sightseeing Entrance Fees: All charges for sightseeing entrance fees are to be borne by the tourists and are not included in the package.

Package Price Bargaining: There is no bargaining on the package prices as they are already discounted. The quoted prices are final.

Passenger Travel Insurance: The company does not offer passenger travel insurance for customers. Travelers are encouraged to arrange their insurance.

Traffic Congestion: In cases of traffic congestion, especially during peak hours, the journey duration may vary, and additional travel time should be considered.

Road Repair Delays: Delays caused by road repair work or construction activities may lead to an extension of the journey duration, and customers are advised to plan accordingly.

Unpredictable Weather Conditions: In the event of unpredictable weather conditions affecting the journey, including heavy rainfall or natural disasters, trip adjustments may be necessary.

Flexible Vehicle Upgrade: Customers have the option to upgrade their selected vehicle based on availability. Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the upgrade.

Customer Behavior: Tejas Tours and Travels reserves the right to refuse services to customers exhibiting unruly behavior, intoxication, or posing a threat to the driver, vehicle, or co-passengers.

Trip Alterations: Changes in travel dates or vehicle preferences are permissible with prior notice. However, last-minute alterations may be subject to additional charges.

Re-routing Requests: Customer requests for route changes during the journey will be accommodated if possible, and any resulting tolls or additional charges will be borne by the customer.

Customer Feedback: We encourage customers to provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Any concerns or complaints should be communicated within seven days of the trip's conclusion.

Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, customers are expected to follow the instructions of the driver for a safe and orderly evacuation.
