Booking Confirmation: A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking reservation.
Payment Structure: 50% payable at the time of booking confirmation, 25% payable before the trip commences, and the remaining 25% balance must be settled before the journey concludes.
Distance Calculation: Kilometre readings start and end at our designated garage. All billing is calculated on a garage-to-garage basis.
Minimum Kilometres: A minimum charge of 300 km per day applies for all outstation trips. New day billing starts as per the calendar day (midnight to midnight).
Rate Variability: Quoted rates are subject to revision during peak seasons, long weekends, festival periods (Dasara, Diwali, New Year), or special events. Revised rates will be communicated before booking confirmation.
Goods and Services Tax (GST): As per Government norms, 5% GST is applicable on all vehicle rental services. Tour packages with accommodation or bundled services attract 18% GST. Quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Package Inclusions: Rental packages include vehicle usage, driver allowances (during standard hours), fuel, and standard interior amenities (AC, music/video systems).
Package Exclusions: Prices exclude GST, state entry permits, highway tolls, parking fees, airport toll charges, entry fees to sightseeing spots, guide charges, driver night batta, and personal expenses. These are payable by the customer as per actuals.
Driver Batta & Night Charges: For local trips, Driver Batta applies after 10 hours of service or for service between 10 PM and 6 AM. For outstation trips, Driver Batta applies for any travel between 10 PM and 6 AM.
Interior & Exterior Care: Customers are responsible for any intentional or accidental damage caused to the vehicle during the trip. A cleaning charge of ₹500 applies for vehicles decorated for weddings or special functions. Additional cleaning fees apply for spills, stains, or damage.
Prohibited Items: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside all Tejas Tours & Travels vehicles.
Customer Conduct: We reserve the right to decline service or terminate a trip without refund if a passenger exhibits unruly, abusive, or unsafe behaviour toward the driver or co-passengers.
Valuables & Belongings: Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Tejas Tours & Travels is not liable for items lost or damaged during the journey.
AC Operational Policy: Air conditioning operates effectively while the vehicle is in motion. Stationary AC usage or usage in extreme high-altitude/steep mountain inclines may be restricted for engine safety.
Route Alterations: Requests for route changes mid-trip will be accommodated where feasible. Any additional kilometres, tolls, or state permits incurred will be charged extra.
Vehicle Upgrades: Vehicle upgrades are subject to fleet availability and rate adjustment.

Vehicle Breakdown: In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, Tejas Tours & Travels will arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
Traffic & Weather Delays: We are not responsible for journey delays caused by extreme traffic congestion, road construction, severe weather, or natural events beyond our operational control.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
