•      No-show, bus deployed and group absent - 100 per cent of the total trip fare. No refund, full fare payable.

•      Cancellation by Tejas Travels, breakdown or force majeure - no charge. 100 per cent refunded within 2 working days, or an alternate vehicle offered.

Special Cancellation Conditions

•      Medical travel. Where an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled by the hospital, we move the booking to the new date at no penalty, subject to fleet availability. Tell us as soon as you know. This is the one category where we do not apply the tiered charges, because the change is not yours to control.

•      Interstate permit: once the Tamil Nadu permit has been filed it is non-refundable, and this amount is deducted separately from any refund otherwise due.

•      Peak dates including Sripuram festival weekends, VIT convocation and admission season and long weekends: minimum 48 hours notice for a full refund.

•      Weddings: minimum 7 days notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of the wedding date are non-refundable.

•      Force majeure, including bandhs, road closures and weather disruption: 100 per cent refund within 2 working days regardless of notice.

•      Modifications such as date change, vehicle upgrade or adding Tirupati or Kanchipuram, with more than 24 hours notice: no penalty, subject to availability.
