•     Less than 12 hours before departure - 75 percent of the total trip fare is charged. Minimal or no refund, depending on trip value.

•     No-show, where the bus has been deployed and the group is absent - 100 percent of the total trip fare is payable. No refund.

•     Cancellation by Tejas Travels, for breakdown or force majeure - no charge. 100 percent refunded within two working days, or an alternate vehicle is offered.

Special Cancellation Conditions

•     Multi-day Goa hire - three-night and four-night Goa circuits require minimum seven days notice for a full refund, because the vehicle is committed for the whole period.

•     Peak season - New Year, Christmas and the November to February Goa season require minimum seven days notice for a full refund, and these dates are the hardest to refill.

•     Weddings - minimum seven days notice for a full refund. Cancellations within three days of the wedding date are non-refundable.

•     Monsoon and ghat closures - if the Anmod or Chorla ghat sections are closed or officially restricted on your travel date, we will offer the alternative route or a full refund; this is treated as force majeure, not customer cancellation.

•     Force majeure - Bangalore bandhs, road closures, flooding and similar disruptions attract a 100 percent refund within two working days regardless of notice period.

•     Modifications - date changes, vehicle upgrades and route additions with more than 24 hours notice are accommodated at no penalty, subject to availability.
