The Bangalore to Sakleshpur distance is about 220 km via NH75 through Nelamangala, Kunigal, Channarayapatna and Hassan. A minibus takes 4.5 to 5.5 hours including one meal halt. Mapping apps often show three hours, which assumes a car on an empty road; a loaded minibus on the Hassan climb, especially in monsoon, will not match that.

Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure carry no charge and the full advance is refunded within 5 to 7 working days. Charges then rise in tiers to 75 per cent within 12 hours. Multi-day Sakleshpur bookings need 72 hours notice for a full refund. If a landslide or ghat closure prevents the trip, or Tejas Travels cancels operationally, you receive a full refund within 2 working days or an alternate vehicle.
Tejas Tours and Travels does not cover passenger insurance, and passengers are advised to arrange their own cover. The standard driver allowance is included in the quoted fare, but an additional driver bata applies after 9.45 pm. That matters mainly for Sunday-evening returns, since a late departure from Sakleshpur regularly puts arrival in Bengaluru past ten.
