Yes, subject to notice period. Cancellation more than 7 days before departure carries no charge and the full advance is refunded within 5 to 7 working days. Charges then step up: 10 percent at 4 to 7 days, 25 percent at 48 hours to 4 days, 50 percent at 24 to 48 hours, and 75 percent under 24 hours. If Tejas Travels cancels for operational reasons, you receive a full refund within 2 working days or an alternate bus.
Yes. Ooty is in Tamil Nadu, so an interstate tourist permit is required along with the Nilgiris green tax at the checkpost. Our vehicles carry all-India tourist permits and the driver handles the paperwork at the border. Permit and green tax are billed separately from the base fare as stated in the exclusions.
