Yes. Many trek groups leave Bangalore on Friday night, reach Kalasa before dawn, complete the trek on Saturday and return on Sunday. Our vehicles are seated, not sleeper, and the additional driver bata after 9:45 PM applies. We recommend an AC or executive mini bus for overnight runs so the group arrives rested.
The trek is at its best from about September to February, when the grasslands are green, streams are flowing and the weather is cool. The monsoon from June to August is beautiful but wet, with leeches and slippery trails, and the forest department may restrict treks during very heavy rain. March to May can be hot on the open grasslands.

Cancelling more than 72 hours before departure costs nothing, and the full advance is refunded within 5 to 7 working days. The charge is 10 percent of the total fare between 48 and 72 hours, 25 percent between 24 and 48 hours, and 50 percent between 12 and 24 hours. Multi-day trips require a minimum 7-day notice for a full refund. If the forest department closes the trek or a landslide blocks the route, the advance is refunded in full within 2 working days.
