Tejas Tours and Travels does not provide passenger insurance cover. Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance if required. All vehicles carry valid insurance and full statutory compliance, and every driver is verified with a commercial licence and route experience.
Cancelling more than 72 hours before departure carries no charge and the full advance is refunded within 5 to 7 working days. Between 48 and 72 hours the charge is 10 percent of the total fare, between 24 and 48 hours 25 percent, and between 12 and 24 hours 50 percent. Date changes and vehicle upgrades with more than 24 hours notice are accommodated at no penalty, subject to availability.
