Billing is garage to garage from our Bangalore base. We put the full km and the amount in the quote, so the 20 seater tempo traveller rent is clear before the trip.
A 300 km day, the outstation minimum, is about Rs 10,200 at Rs 34/km. For 20 people that works out to roughly Rs 510 per head, plus tolls and allowance.

Some people search for the 20 seater TT on road price. We do not sell vans, we rent them out with a driver, which costs far less for a few trips. For more than 20 people, look at a mini bus.
The 20 seater comes in two versions. The luxury one has 2x1 seats, so there is no middle seat, and it is always AC. The standard one has 2x2 pushback seats and also comes as non-AC for short trips.

We had booked a 29 seat bus from tejas travels from bengaluru to kemmangundi to horanadu to bengaluru. Our experience was extremely good with the booking process to ontime arrival till return of the journey. Chethan was kind enough to oblige a good vehicle in this busy month and driver lokesh had become part of our family by end of trip. Vehicle was good and comfortable. I prefer to travel again with tejas travels, a real family and friendly travels.
