Special Cancellation Conditions

•     Urbania and luxury vehicles — minimum 5-day notice for a full refund, given the limited Bangalore fleet and wedding season demand.

•     Access closures at the falls — if the district administration closes the viewing area or the steps because of very heavy flow or a landslide, and you cancel on that basis before departure, we treat it as force majeure with a 100 percent refund within 2 working days.

•     Multi-day outstation hire including Jog with Sigandur, Honnemaradu, Murudeshwar or Gokarna — minimum 7-day notice for a full refund on overnight hire from Bangalore.

•     Peak season dates — the August to December window, Dasara, Diwali, New Year and Bangalore long weekends require a minimum 48-hour notice for a full refund. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable.

•     Weddings — minimum 7-day notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of the wedding date are non-refundable.
