Not in your own vehicle. Hebbe Falls is reached by Forest Department jeep from Kemmangundi, across around nine kilometres of rough estate track and stream crossings. Your vehicle drops the group at the jeep point and waits. The same applies to Jhari Falls. Budget half a day, with the strongest flow from July to December.

For eight to thirteen passengers the 12 or 13 seater is the reference choice and handles the summit road and estate lanes comfortably. The 8 to 10 seater uses a 1/1 layout where every passenger has a window seat. A 15 or 16 seater manages the hills more slowly, so take it only if you need the capacity. The highway leg is easy, so the case rests on the hills. The Mullayanagiri climb is around twenty kilometres of narrow, twisting road taking an hour or more, and the monocoque body and parabolic suspension reduce body roll and cabin noise noticeably. If your group includes elderly travellers or anyone prone to motion sickness, it is usually the easiest decision on the trip.
In heavy monsoon rain the district administration restricts or suspends tourist vehicle movement on the hill roads because of landslide risk, sometimes at short notice. We treat that as force majeure: reschedule at no penalty, or cancel with a full refund of the vehicle fare. It is a safety call by the authorities, not something any operator can work around.
September to February. Post-monsoon the hills are greenest and the waterfalls still full, and by December the mornings are genuinely cold. March to May is hotter but pleasant in the hills. The June to August monsoon is spectacular but carries the highest chance of road closures and washed-out views.
