Avalanche Lake

If you leave Bangalore too late, you will be held at the check post until 6 am. This is why we recommend departing Bangalore between 5.30 am and 6.30 am, or planning an overnight halt at Mysore or Gundlupet.
The Force Urbania comes in 13 seater and 17 seater configurations. The 13 seater has wider spacing and is the usual choice for family trips with luggage. Both variants have a rear luggage bay, and a roof carrier can be arranged on request for week-long trips. For groups above 17 we would recommend a minibus or tempo traveller instead, and we will quote both so you can compare.
Yes. Ooty is in Tamil Nadu, so an interstate permit applies from the Mudumalai border onward. We arrange the permit and it is billed at actuals as a separate line item on your invoice, exactly as stated in the quote. You do not need to do anything at the check post; the driver handles it.
Cancellation is tiered. More than 72 hours before departure is free with a full advance refund in 5-7 working days. 48 to 72 hours attracts 10 percent, 24 to 48 hours attracts 25 percent, 12 to 24 hours attracts 50 percent, and under 12 hours attracts 75 percent. A no-show after the vehicle is deployed is charged in full. If we cancel for any operational reason, you get a 100 percent refund within 2 working days or a substitute vehicle.
