● Multi-day Goa trips: minimum 7 days notice for a full refund, since the vehicle is committed for the full duration and the permit is raised in advance.
● Permit costs already incurred: where the Goa permit has been raised for your dates, that cost may not be recoverable on a late cancellation. We tell you the position before raising it.
● Peak dates: December, New Year and long weekends need 7 days notice for a full refund.
● Limited-fleet vehicles: minimum 5 days notice for a full refund on pre-booked Urbania variants outside peak dates.
● Force majeure: bandhs, road closures and monsoon landslides on the ghat sections — 100 per cent refunded within 2 working days regardless of notice.
● Modifications: date, seating and route changes with over 24 hours notice are accommodated at no penalty, subject to availability and permit reissue.

Approximately 560 km to Panaji on NH48 via Tumkur, Chitradurga, Davangere and Hubballi, then west through the Anmod ghat to the Mollem border. Expect 10 to 11 hours including halts. North Goa adds a little more and the southern belt another 40 to 60 km. This is a full-day drive.
Because Goa levies an entry tax and temporary permit on out-of-state commercial vehicles that is among the highest in India for this vehicle class, and because the trip length brings driver night halt charges. We show both as separate named lines rather than folding them into the rate.
We default to NH48 via Hubballi and the Anmod ghat, about 560 km and the fastest. The Belgaum and Chorla ghat route is around 600 km and more scenic, suiting groups heading to North Goa in good weather. The coastal NH66 route via Karwar is around 700 km and worth it only if you want Gokarna in the itinerary.
Garage to garage with fuel included: Rs 50 per km for the 8-seater, Rs 55 for 9 to 13 seaters and Rs 60 for 15 and 16 seaters. Yes, and that is the standard arrangement on a multi-day booking. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group throughout, including local sightseeing. Kilometres run within Goa are added to the total, which is why the fare is garage to garage rather than point to point.
Not in your own vehicle. Access to the falls is by Forest Department jeep from the designated collection point and is booked separately. The chauffeur takes your group there and waits while you do the jeep leg. Budget most of a day. The falls are at their most spectacular from July to December.
For eight to thirteen passengers the 12 or 13 seater is the reference choice and handles Goa beach roads well. The 8 to 10 seater uses a 1/1 layout where every passenger has a window seat. Take the 15 or 16 seater only if you need the capacity, since Anjuna, Ashwem and Palolem approach roads are narrow. Remember a Goa group carries more luggage than most.
November to February is peak, with the best weather and everything open, and when both our fleet and Goa itself fill up, so book several weeks ahead. October and March are quieter and cheaper. The June to September monsoon is beautiful but the ghats are slippery and many beach businesses close.
