●        Cancellation by Tejas Travels (breakdown, force majeure): no charge; 100 per cent refunded within 2 working days or an equivalent substitute offered.

Special Conditions

●        Weddings: minimum 7 days notice for a full refund; within 3 days of the event, non-refundable.

●        Limited-fleet vehicles: minimum 5 days notice for a full refund on pre-booked Urbania variants.

●        Corporate contracts: for recurring Bangalore-Chennai movement, contract terms govern and modifications with 48 hours notice are accommodated subject to availability.

●        Peak dates: long weekends, the December to January season, Diwali and New Year need 48 hours notice for a full refund.

●        Force majeure: bandhs, road closures and monsoon flooding in Chennai — 100 per cent refunded within 2 working days regardless of notice.

●        Modifications: date, seating and route changes with over 24 hours notice are accommodated at no penalty, subject to availability.
