What is the rent for a 49-seater bus in Bangalore?

The 49-seater AC bus rental in Bangalore starts at ₹48/km for outstation travel, garage-to-garage with fuel included. Local packages start at ₹16,000 for 8 hours and 80 km, and ₹19,000 for 12 hours and 100 km. Driver allowance ₹1,000/day, tolls at actuals — all itemised in a written quote before confirmation. Minimum outstation booking is 350 km/day.

What is the 2/3 seating layout in the 49-seater bus?

In a 2/3 seating layout, each row has five seats — two on one side of the aisle and three on the other. This configuration allows 49 seats within a standard coach body length. Window seat passengers on both sides get full natural light; the middle passenger in the three-seat row sits between two others. This layout is efficient for large school and pilgrimage groups where maximum capacity per vehicle matters more than individual seat position.

Is the 49-seater bus good for school trips from Bangalore?

Yes — the 49-seater is the most common choice for large school batches requiring a single vehicle. Police-verified driver documentation and pre-trip vehicle inspection records are provided for all institutional bookings. GPS tracking gives school coordinators real-time visibility throughout the journey. Suitable for day trips to Bannerghatta National Park, Mysore Palace and Nandi Hills, and multi-day excursions to Coorg and Hampi.

Can the 49-seater bus handle a Shirdi pilgrimage from Bangalore?

Yes. Bangalore to Shirdi (approximately 770 km) is a standard multi-day outstation booking. A minimum 3-day trip is recommended. The package includes night-run experienced drivers, scheduled rest stops, driver night halt, and a written day-by-day itinerary. Maharashtra permit is arranged by Tejas Travels and quoted upfront. Advance booking of 10+ days is strongly recommended. WhatsApp +91 9980277773 with your travel dates and group size.

What is the per-person rate for the 49-seater bus at full occupancy?

For the Bangalore to Goa outstation run (555 km one-way), 49 passengers share approximately ₹26,640 — ₹544 per person for the full coach journey.
