We count km from our Bangalore garage and back. The quote shows the full km and the total, so you know the number before you pay anything.
The 35 seater bus price per km in Bangalore is Rs 60 for a round trip. A full 300 km day works out to about Rs 18,000 before driver allowance and tolls. Split across 35 people, that is around Rs 514 each. The whole bus price is the same whether you book on the phone or on WhatsApp.

Outstation has a 300 km per day minimum. So even if your day trip is 200 km, the bill counts 300.
Some apartment lanes and narrow streets cannot take a bus. If that is the case, pick a main road nearby and we will meet you there.

Tirupati is usually done overnight. Groups leave around 9 PM and reach in time for early darshan. We sort out the permit, and the cost goes in the quote.
